During your stay, enjoy the cuisine of our butler through his ‘Discovery’ menu created with fresh local products from the market of the day. The strawberry from Carpentras, the cherry from the Monts de Venasque, the melon from Cavaillon, the einkorn wheat from Haute Provence, the Muscat grape from Ventoux, the black truffle, are some of many sources of inspiration for our guests.
